I am no longer receiving channels 4, 21 and 23. When will they be back on?

Hi Janie, 

That's not good. What happens when you tune to those channels? Are you getting any messages on the screen? Does this TV have a receiver connected to it? Are you having this issue on more than one TV?

Please advise as we want to help resolve this issue.
