TV Channel Realignment

I have five (5) TV sets served by cable. Two have DVR boxes and the other three are 'direct' cable connections.

Your recent channel realignment moved WGNA to Ch 45, and moved TCM from Ch 45 to Ch 77.

I can now get both WGNA and TCM through my DVR sets, and WGNA on my 'direct' sets; I cannot get TCM on my 'direct' sets. When I select Ch 77 U get a gray screen with neither sound nor picture.

Before the change, l could get TCM Ch 45 on my 'direct' sets.

Why can't I get TCM on Ch 77 through my 'direct' connected sets?
