Tivo Roamio troubleshooting

A couple months ago I purchased a Tivo box hoping to record and save a few dollars. After several attempts with technicians solving a few problems, I still have one main problem. My Tivo box is not working. I have been given wait times like 24 and 48 hours until it takes effect. Now that we are approaching the 60 day mark (yes day and not hour) I am feeling like I may just need to switch to another service provider. I know there has to be one technician , if not more that can stop reading scripts and tell me what the problem is. If not, I would look to the firmware in the box you give customers with the card. My bill is close to 200 dollars this month with a 60 dollar install fee. The fee involved me coming to your office and picking it up myself then calling a tech to refresh a signal. Since you have an option on your site where I can do that myself, I feel like I should be getting that 60 dollars. What I would like to have happen is this issue resolved. If it wont work and you have a screw up in your system, just let the customer know. Im now in a one year contract with Tivo so that box will be working this month. With or without your services. Thank you in advance for any information you can give me on the solution to this problem.

Hi RollTideRoll,

Are you getting an error message? Are all your channels not working or just certain ones? Is the light on your tuning adapter solid or flashing?
