SyFy channel
Why doesn't the SyFy channel recognize my Cox subscription?
Every time I try to watch a SyFy show on line it fails to recognize my subscription to Cox, with SyFy channel as part of that subscription.
This is becoming annoying.

Are you using your Cox Primary User ID when you log in to SyFy? Are you able to log in to other network apps or websites and watch content? For example, are you able to log into Watch ESPN (espn.go.com) and play one of their live video streams?

Hello Becky,
I am using my "Cox Primary User ID" it is the only one I have.
I have not tried other networks or services, however I will give the one you mention a try.
After attempting to log in several times I loged in to my Cox account then into SyFy and it seemed to work, however it kept dropping the feed and I would have to restart the streaming and find where I was, very annoying.
I will try again tonight, trying to catch up on The Expanse.

Watching the final 2 hr episode of The Expance on demand cable last night. After the first hour "Critical Mass" ended at 1 hr 9 min but the second hour "Leviathan Rising" did not start and the transmission ended. I was in a binge mood and I repeated the double episode with the sma result- only the first half displays. Please someone at COX explain.

I have not tried again yet. I will try it when I feel like watching again but right now I am just using Amazon and Netflix, they seem to work well every time so no disappointment. Now if I can figure out how to get SyFy on one of those I would be set and can cut the cord.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I am looking at this for you. Did it seem as though the content cut off in the middle of the action? It's possible we have the duration listed incorrectly in On Demand. I noticed the Syfy website lists the episode as 80 minutes 44 seconds for both episodes combined (which should be without commercials) and can also be viewed at http://www.syfy.com/theexpanse/videos/109-critical-massleviathan-wakes
