Slow Speed, Amber Downstream light on Cisco DPC3010
Hello,
We have COX Premiere HS internet service in Chandler, Arizona. Recently our download speed dropped from about 125 Mbps to 3 Mbps. I checked the modem (Cisco DPC3010) and the DS light is amber (normally green), which the manual indicates is a problem with downstream channel bonding. I did all of the normal reset stuff (reset modem, reset router, plug computer into modem, etc.), and I called COX tech support and they did the usual "I'm resetting your modem from here" which didn't solve anything. They're sending a tech out this week, but the internet is literally crawling and it's interfering with our ability to work and have fun.
I'm hoping that one of the support people on the forum can help out before this appointment so we can have normal internet restored quicker.
Please help!
Best,
Puneet
Here's what the modem interface looks like:

Looks like it's stuck in D2 mode. A technician will be needed. Good luck.

I figured as much. Thanks for the reply! Got one to come out tomorrow morning, at least.
