Slow internet speed

I upgraded to the Premier internet package about a year ago but my download speed are no where close to 50M as the package states.  Our computer is connected directly to the router and we get download speeds under 10M at times.  What can we do to increase our speeds?  We have had so many problems with Cox lately and it is very frustrating.   Our modem is the CISCO DPQ3212 and we have been using this modem since June 2013.   When I go to http://192.168.100.1, I get the below results.  Can anyone help resolve slow internet and disconnects?

Those downstream signals look a bit low, optimum range is 37-39 dB, do you have any splitters on the coax line you could try bypassing?

Have you ever had a tech come out to check out the issue? They may need to go out to see why the signals are that low...

What is the make and model of the router you have hooked up to the Cisco modem?

The signal levels are a bit off and may prevent the full speed there but 10 Mbps does seem low. Are you seeing the speeds get better or worse at different times of day or is it fairly consistent with the results?

Your power levels are quite poor, it's best to have between -10 and +10 downstream power. Have you done a factory reset of the modem? Your upstream channels are pushing high but acceptable.  You're better at around 40 upstream, I'm thinking there's probably a poor connection at the tap or further up the line, or you wouldn't be pushing such high upstream levels. All around the connection looks pretty bad, you should try to have a tech come out.
