SHOWTIME On Demand

I have had a very frustrating experience with my Showtime On Demand menu. This happened with both Homeland and Masters of Sex, the only two shows I watch on SHO. Because of my schedule I watch these series On Demand. Well, all through the season each episode appears on On Demand shortly after the show is aired for the first time. Except for the final episode. The final episode doesn't show up on the On Demand menu. For Homeland, it finally showed up about two weeks later (after the news had already spread about how the series ended). For Masters it has been about three weeks since the series ended and I still have not been able to see the final episode. It is EXTREMELY frustrating to watch a show for a whole season and then not see how it ends. I pay for this service and feel cheated. I tried complaining through Chat and was given a non-answer like, "just be patient; eventually it will show up." I tried complaining by phone and was told someone would get back to me by the next day. No one did. I tried complaining by email and got no response whatsoever, not even an indication that my email had been received. Feeling pretty angry about this.
