Service Technician

Last night I waited for the technician, who was supposed to arrive between 5-7 pm, until midnight.  He did not show up.  I called the service number after 7 and they told me he was delayed until 7:10pm, second call rep told me 7:20, third call 8:20, fourth call, 10:00 pm, fifth call rep told me tech had cancelled the service call.  Noone ever call me.
