SEC Network
Why won't my TV access the SEC Network on basic? In fact, channels 79-90 lock up my TV (Viore) and I have to reboot (unplug-replug) to get it to respond. The channels mentioned are dead - white screen. No manner of remote or on set switches/selections will get it to change to a good channel, or even turn off. Doesn't happen with the set top box on another TV in the house. All are hard wired.
