screen resolution

Which screen resolution is best for a 55" Sony Bravia HD LCD TV? I can tell much difference and it's not easy to flip between different settings.

Hey Question Box, 

I have mine set to the default. I turned the TV on and never changed it since. It depends on your personal preference. Which cable box do you have connected to your TV?
