Scheduled Maintenance notice
Have been getting the scrolling notice about scheduled maintenance coming up Oct 14 9:00pm to Oct 15 7:00am ... we're in Topeka KS. Guess this means cable tv will be down during that time? Since this means we'll miss some of favorite shows, we'll have to catch them On Demand later. Am I correct in thinking the tv will be down at this time then? Also, does this affect INTERNET too??? Need to know. Thanks very much.

If I'm not mistaken I believe this notice applies to all services.

Dang, glad my phone service isn't with Cox too or I'd be totally without it for almost 11 hours ... :(
Tried to figure out how to access the "more info" box on the scrolling notice ... nice to know ahead of time.
Wonder how many people actually even see that notice? Thanks for the heads up.
