retrieving email

We replaced our computer and installed outlook with MS 365 Home on the new computer. We had BEst Buy transfer all our data. However, I missing all my email history from the day before the transfer. Is there a way I can do that without having to take the computer back to BB? Thank you

The answer to this will largely depend on how you previously had your email setup.  If you were using an email client similar to Outlook previously and you had your email configured as a POP client then the previous emails will be stored locally on the old computer.  This would require somebody with a little expertise to back them up and move them to the new computer.
