RE:Removal of Reg Pro Cleaner

I called the phone # at the link you shared w/me on how to remove Reg Pro Cleaner & they said that my internet provider SHOULD be able to remove it for me..They want almost $300.00 in order to remove it...and I didn't even pay that much for my computer.  CAN you remove this maleware by remote access?

Can I? Yes, probably. Will I, probably not. Too many security and privacy concerns. Unless a Moderator gives the go ahead. What your asking for is someone to remove malware from your PC. I tried to give you a walkthrough, but it seems like it didn't help you.
