remote control problems
our remote control doesn't work it we have to unplug the box muti times and it frezzes when we want to change the channel it started happening after we had a big storm come thought and we had a few power surgers

Are you having this issues with all boxes and remotes or just one? If just one box try the remote on another box and see if that happens and let us know.
