Red Zone Price Increase

Hi, Just spoke with customer service and I was going to order N.F.L. Red Zone for the 2013 season and was told price is 39.95 instead of the 20.00 I normally have paid the last couple of years. So now the price has doubled and you need to have an upgrade internet service ,so not just the extra 20.00 plus the more expensive internet . Before I have always have just had the low internet and have ordered Red Zone with no problem.. In my opinion there's no way to justify both increases. With all the customers Cox has ,the prices should be going down. I've already had to upgrade to a cable box to get my T.M.C channel etc. Thanks Bill.
