I've been trying all morning long to open an e-mail attachment to print out. I keep getting the message that it is downloading, but can't find it anywhere. Any Help would be greatly appreciated. It is a word doc. Tried word, adobe, etc. Where would I find this download?

If you're using Windows Vista or 7 the default download location is the Downloads folder. This is usually accessible by clicking Start -> Your Username -> Downloads.

Hi ChrisL,
I am using Windows Vista. I have checked my Downloads folder and it is empty. When you say "Start", referring to start button? Username? as I am the only one on this computer.

Yes, Start refers to the Start Button and even though you're the only user of the PC you still have a username. It's usually the top most link on the right hand column of the Start Menu. If it's a name brand PC it may have been setup with a default username like "Home User" or "Customer" or "HP User", something along those lines. You may also check your browser settings to see where it downloads files to by default.
