Please adjust my internet connect

My internet plan is Preferred Internet Service , which is supposed to have speeds of 25mbps, but my speeds have been far short of what my plan was to provide and at times it has been insanely slow! Please provide me with the service that this plan is to provide.

Here is the result where I bypass the router, and am directly connected to the modem.....  basically unchanged.

There may be benefit to having a technician  come out and troubleshoot further.  Particularly it would be interesting to see if the technician could try testing with a DOCSIS 3.0  modem to see if that makes any difference.

Would I be charged for a technician to come out to my place to fix this issue?

There would no charge if the issue is found to be outside the home or you have our Cox Service Protection Plan.
