Picture-in-a-Picture not working
I recently upgraded to the Cisco 9865HDC record 6 HDVR which was installed by a service technician. He left the existing Cisco URC8820 remote.
The issue is when I press the "On-Off" for the Picture-in-Picture I get nothing- no picture in a picture. Any help correcting this would be appreciated.

There is no PIP on any DVR that uses Contour for its IPG, as does your 9865HDC.
