Hi terry962, I'm not showing any reported for that area. When you pick up your phone, are you getting a dial tone or do you hear static/noise? Do you have both cordless and corded phones? If so, are you having an issue with both? Also, are you able to receive any calls? We want to investigate this issue and work to resolve it for you.
