Outside cable plant standards: / Installation Standards
I am doing some work in my front yard about to lay 154 one foot square concrete blocks on an unpaved area. I found the cable from the side walk junction box to my house approximately 22 Feet to be only 1 - 2 inches under the ground If that much in places. I do not believe this would meet with the City of Henderson standards at all. What is Cox cable's policy on fixing an installation that was never done correctly?
