On demand:Mama (no listing)

I was able to find this on our box here by going into OnDemand and using the search function to look up the title "Mama".

I've noticed the movie, "Mama", has been added very recently to New Release (About 15 minutes after my original post) However, it hasn't been added to New Releases HD, which is the format I would rather view it in. Only the free preview, the trailer and the look inside is available in HD, but not the full movie.

Search function? I must have a different set-up than you. I don't have the ability to search On Demand. Only on the Guide am I able to search. 

HD may appears soon if the regular version just appeared.  As for the search maybe I can help with that.  Can you tell me which box you're using?

I'm using the Explorer 8240HDC. 

I think that has the same guide as our box here.  You should be able to press On Demand to access the On Demand system then Guide on your remote to access the search function.

That method doesn't seem to work for searching On Demand movies. Is that how you searched for and found that movie? I did find the movie in the new releases category standard definition. I'm watching it now. I waited about an hour to see if it was going to appear in HD but it never did. Thanks for your time though, Chris.  

That's the method I used, it's possible your box has different guide data loaded.  Should you reboot the box again at some point see if it mentions something like Rovi or Passport Echo.

My box says Passport Echo when it boots up. 

That may be why.  It's not a big deal really but if ever wanted to swap up to a newer box just bring yours to one of our solutions stores and we'd be happy to take care of that for you.
