On Demand
When I go to On Demand and go to Freezone, why is it that some of the channels I select tell me I have to subscribe to it? I thought if under Freezone, then I should be able to get it.

On Demand content is tied to the respective channel's subscription status. For example, you would need to be subscribed to at least TV Essential to view content on channels (like USA or FX) in what used to be called "expanded cable."

I'm sick and tired to death of cox on Demand. All my on demand channels say " subscribe now" I have subscription to almost every channel including HBO, Max, and Encore. This is not the first time this has happened either. It's been like this for a week and the last time this happened no one at Cox could fix it, not on the phone support nor a technician that came out. Basically it fixed itself after 1 week and 3 days. So I'm doing this waiting gAme again. Got 3 more days to go and maybe it will fix itself again. I guess my $240 month bill I pay them each month is not enough for good service. After this billing cycle is over with I'm dumping all these boxes of at the local cox office and going to the most basic basic can get for cable. I'm done with ** services. I think it's sad that no one at cox have any brains to fix issues that their junk equipment is causing.

That's most unusual. I was able to locate your account using the email address you registered with and I'm seeing a possible signal issue that could be a contributing factor to this issue. Do you have this problem accessing On Demand content on all of your cable boxes?
