On Demand - HBO Series HD

Next following episode is missing.

As i watch episode of Game of Thrones the next following episode is not available. For e.g. if i complete S1E3 then S1E4 is not displayed, while same is available at HBO - SD. So in order to watch i am switching by episodes between HBO HD and HBO SD.
