No CBS channel 8

I received communications from both Cox Cable and KLAS both of which point the finger at each other. Cox has suggested we take a survey that selectively leads the consumer into giving Cox permission to raise the rates in order to offer CBS. KLAS suggests that it is in fact Cox who is unwilling to settle on rates that are similar. One thing I am sure of is there is a lack of transparency in this process for the consumer. Cox if you want us to give you permission to raise our rates why not involve us in the process by sharing documents related to this deal. Arm us the consumer actual information not he say she say so we can stand behind you if in fact Cox is being treated unfairly. Consumers who are loyal do not want to feel mislead and or manipulated. Help us Help you provide us with transparency instead of referring us to canned/recorded messages from VPs who I'm sure are very busy ..but are also not actually answering the questions addressed on several of these message boards. One way communication Cox is not an option if you are asking for our votes.
