New android phone.

My wife and I just got new phones.  I was able to set my email up just fine, but when attempting to set hers up, I get an incorrect login error.  I've been through the forums and tried everything I've seen, including multiple password resets and manual entry for settings.  I'm able to sign on through cox.net just fine.  Nothing is working.  Any suggestions?

Which phone? How do you have it configured? My guess is something else is set up with her email address already using POP3 and that is causing the problem.

Hi, it will help to provide some additional details. What email program are you using on your new phones. If the account in question is a Cox Web Mail program, are you able to login on the Cox Web Mail site: webmail.cox.net ?  Where you able to receive emails on your previous phones?
