NBC live extra

It seemed to happen this morning during the Liverpool Game

Affecting Golf Channel also, just the streaming video.

It's still not working. 

Contour app not working properly.  What's the problem?

Same here. Cox.net does not appear in the providers list on both the desktop website (stream.nbcsports.com) as well as the iOS iPad app (NBC Sports Live Extra). It used to work before just fine, I noticed the problem today when I wanted to watch NFL.

All requirements mentioned above are present and it worked fine for me before.

Yeah, no you are wrong. 

You weren't able to duplicate the issue because you were on NBCSN and Golf Channel Content.

NBC Sports Live Extra confirmed that Cox does NOT have an agreement to stream NBC content.

If Cox does not do anything about this by Saturday 9/20/14, I will have cancelled and went with another provider. This is BS! With all the service interruptions, audio on the TV going out, cable boxes resetting for no reason, not being able to log onto the website half the time, and internet being sooooo slooooow, and now NBC Live Extra gone, maybe this is my cue to sign up somewhere else. Im really getting tired of Cox.

This is absolutely uncalled for. I pay you people entirely too much money per month to not be able to watch something that I can get over the air for FREE.

You REALLY need to do something about this, they have  over 50 providers listed on their site!
