MY Primetime does provide shows in 24 hours

Question

I can see from the other forum posts that I am not the only one who wonders why shows are NOT available in 24 hours as advertised. We need a Cox rep. to address this here in this forum. American horror Story does not post until 5 days at times . The inconstant posting is very disappointing. Many shows do post on time , so why are there still so many that do not? Cox needs to address this or change what they are advertising.#myprimetime #coxtv

This is actually something we're still investigating on our end with regards to OnDemand content being slow to update.  At this time there is no estimated time of resolution.

No offense, but that's not much of an answer...'  At this time there is no estimated time of resolution.'. This is a service that customers pay for and expect to function as is stated  in the agreement.#myprimetime #coxondemand
