Hi fluffy776, when you disconnect internet service with us the email accounts are no longer active and will eventually be deleted from our system. If you are using an email client, for example Outlook or Windows Live Mail, you can download all of your emails to your computer before your service is disconnected. While your email account is still active you can setup forwarding, but after you disconnect service with us, eventually the accounts are deleted from our servers and you would not receive any newly forwarded emails from that point on.
