So when is Cox moving off X1/Panoramic and start doing it the Spectrum way?

Another words, you have no idea. Thought so. Also, your link gives a 404 error.

Why is Cox still pushing a platform that has no clear future? It's like they don't want customers to know what will happen until they are locked into contracts.

I truly apologize the link is displaying an error at this time. If I had more information to share, I would give it to you. At this time we are proceeding with business as usual. I use the Panoramic gateway myself with my Cox services.

I can understand users who have it still using it but shouldn't new users slowly start to be transitioned to stand alone modems like Spectrum uses? That way its not a hard stop. You did this with email.

@BiPolaris​ I just feel bad for the poor souls upsold to their boosters which are like 150 a pop and may soon stop working. Fair warning to any reading this.

I’m so tired of existing customers getting stabbed in the back; when they merge with a new company and give all incentives to new customers! I called and asked about what offers spectrum was offering to cox customers; Nothing!!!! We didn’t ask for them to switch!
