Motorola SB6183 Modem Only bonding 4 Channels Colleen D can you help

I recently upgraded to Cox Ultimate 200Mbps for my market and my modem was only showing 4 channels bonded.

I called tier 2 and they were able to push a firmware update that brought modem up to 8 bonded channels, but according to tier 2 Ultimate 200 should be receiving 16 Channels Bonded.

So I'm only getting around 165 Mbps down 20 Up when I should be getting 200 Down 30Up.

I saw Colleen D was able to force all the channels to bond and would love assistance on this.

I understand that Ultimate is up to 300Mbps but my market only supports 200Mbps.

I'm a Cox employee for a third party but don't know who to really reach out to.
