does my service support Netgear DOCSIS 3.0 model 600? If so what will I need to do to set it up?

You can visit http://www.cox.com/residential/support/internet/article.cox?articleId=b2ec95d0-7ef9-11df-5590-000000000000 for a list of modem approved for our service by tier of service. In most cases you can just connect the new modem then fill out the activation form.
