One place you could try looking for them is in your webmail. I'd suggest checking your deleted items or spam folder if you have one to see if they might be in there. You can also check your spam filter settings to see if they are were you want them to be. Possible settings are delete spam automatically (default), move to spam folder, or deliver to inbox tagged as spam.

I've had the same problem. I had saved emails on my phone and then they were gone! I deleted my cox account on my IPhone and re-added it. And it seemed to be ok and then it happened again. I headed to the Cox store and they couldn't help me so I ended up calling Cox. They said they had a 5 outages/issues and they wouldnt' be fixed until the 24th. They said to use Webmail but there is nothing there!

I'm sorry you are having trouble receiving your email. It sounds like either the mail delivery is delayed or the messages are being filtered out as spam. I would recommend logging into http://webmail.cox.net, check the Settings section under Spamblocker Settings. Verify the messages are set to be delivered and marked as "spam" so that all messages make it to your Inbox.
