Missing channels

Do you subscribe to the Essential package? If not, it's possible a filter was never installed to block those channels so you got them accidently. However, now everything is encrypted, so even though the signal is there, the mini box decrypt them. 

If you do have those channels in your lineup, and not getting them, then the mini box may not be activated. Have someone at Cox (moderator or call) check that the work order is completed and have it go through the activation process again.
