I have installed it and everything seems to be working OK When I turn it off for a while, with the remote, I have to unplug the hdmi cord and reconnect it again to get a pic. Why

Can you provide us with more details? Are you missing audio as well? Do you notice if when you turn off the TV, is it on a certain/same channel everytime?
