Y can't catch all my channels on my minibox (HBO, SHOWTIME, and CHILLER)

The mini-box was designed with minimal features in mind to keep the price as low as possible. As such, it will only get channels in the Starter/Essential TV levels. It will not get OnDemand, Premiums (like HBO, Starz, Etc.) or the Interactive Guide Menu.
It's only meant to provide the same level of service that hooking a TV straight to the wall via coax previously did.
