Before installing Cox Security Suite Plus Powered by McAfee®, you'll need to remove the trial McAfee software. The basic uninstall steps are found in Step 1 of the instructions on http://bit.ly/Activate-or-RenewCoxSecuritySuite_McAfee.
Reboot/restart your PC to complete the uninstall. Then complete the steps to activate and download Cox Security Suite Plus . (Use http://bit.ly/Activate-or-RenewCoxSecuritySuite_McAfee as a reference page.)
