Loss of Channel 13 - WIBW

While I dumped your cable service a while ago (still using your internet service), my elderly mother watches Channel 13 - WIBW for news, weather, and a few favorite shows.  She is hoping you will reinstate Channel 13 to your lineup very soon!  Please, please, PLEASE reinstate this for all those who rely on WIBW!
