Internet speed
I have the premier Internet package and I'm only getting around 40mbps download speed.
What is going on? I'm paying way too much for this slow speed!

Are you on wifi or wired?
Wifi (especially 2.4Ghz) expect to max out around 50ish - although this doesn't necessarily mean that is your top speed, you can have several devices connect and each get a portion of max bandwidth.
Which router and modem are you using?
If in phoenix, check with fast.com or speed.googlefiber.net - there is a speedtest.net server that is bandwidth capped around 40Mbps, and speedtest.net refuses to do anything about it.
