I'm finding that in the last few months my internet service is below par. I pay $134/month for 10 Mbps x 2 Mbps, for my business service. I pay $65/month for 30 Mbps x 6 Mbps for my residential service.
For my business, I don't understand why I pay so much more, for so much less. My business internet is so slow. I have to wait and wait for pages to respond. I'm looking for alternatives now.
Do I have any other options with Cox? I hate to pay more for less than adequate service.

The main think Business gets you is unlimited bandwidth and a service level agreement (24/7 Technicians). But it also can get you static IP's and don't block ports like Residential. Is your business a actual brick and mortar or do you work from home? Why did you originally order Business service if you did not want it?
Also, how do you have your network set up? Which modems and routers do you have for both?
