Internet pages not loading
When I'm on a friend's Verizon connection pages which don't fully download on Cox do. I've called Cox customer support and have been told I need to change my settings on my laptop which is not the solution. Why is that?

Can you give a example of one of the pages? To be clear, you can access it on Verizon, but not Cox.
Off the top of my head, maybe a DNS issue? But those usually resolve themselves in a couple days. If you want, I can show you how to set a static DNS to Verizon's DNS if you want. They are 4.2.2.1, 4.2.2.2, 4.2.2.3, 4.2.2.4, 4.2.2.5. Doing so is somewhat complex though, that may be why customer service was unable to assist.
