trying here as a last resort before I end up cancelling.
my internet cuts out constantly and does not work. calling on the phone they've told me I need to pay for faster internet and send out techs that provide no support.
my internet cuts out constantly. the point it is largely unusable. below is my connection status for my router. and from looking at other posts, I only have 1 splitter and it was installed by a cox tech when he did the original install of the internet.

The signal levels appears to be within spec although they could be better. Have you tried both wired and wireless connections to see if the problem is limited to just one or the other?

Wireless tablet or wireless phone or wired computer is same result. The minute I start doing anything bandwidth intensive it goes down. Tried multiple modems with no change. Techs claimed they would look into it but never heard back and still the same problem. I am currently planning to cancel at the end of this month as it is unusable.

It's hard to say further if it's a modem or router issue since they're both one in the same. It might be beneficial to arrange for a technician to come out and troubleshoot further including trying a stand alone modem to see if that makes any difference. Usually when the issue only occurs when the connection is put under strain it ends up being an equipment issue of some kind.

had cox before I deployed to afghan. lived in same apartment complex but a different building. never had a problem once. i'm now in a different building after deployment, and have had nothing but problems. other than my things being in storage for a year, nothing has changed hardware wise. something is clearly wrong with the connections somewhere in this building to this apartment.
opened up a random youtube video. played for 14 seconds before the internet cut out again. open up the speed test on your website. says i'm downloading at 32Mbps. Go back to youtube and open up another video. played for 5 seconds before the internet cut out and reset.
when cox works, it's great. when it doesn't, there's no support and the techs that come out and next to worthless. I've now been paying for nonusable internet since February and it still doesn't work and I still can't get any answers as to why. at this point, I just feel stupid for even paying you money still.

Is this just a youtube issue by chance? I know they're looking into reports of problems with users from a variety of Internet providers having no speed problems yet youtube videos still freeze/buffer.
