I have had a technician come and look at our connection, he did mention that there was something wrong with the connection signal. This has been happening for about 2 weeks now and it's pretty disruptive.
An ideas what this could be?

What are your signal levels? Should be able to find them on 192.168.100.1, but can give specifics if i knew what model modem/gateway you have.

Here you are. This is an older modem so I might go and buy a new one, see if it resolve this issue.

Your upstream power level is high. Should be below 50. Any splitters in that room or else where that you can bypass?
Also, what model modem do you have? I would suggest a DOCSIS 3.0 modem for performance reasons.
