internet down

My internet connection is completely dead and I cant get through the cox support phone service. What gives?

This post seems to indicate the problem is reported. I am experiencing phone and internet being down since 12:05 a.m. In Breaux Bridge

Actually,  I can't get through to anyone to report it. Hopefully the CNN news tip worked.

It is back on here in Breaux Bridge as of 2:19 a.m. I speeded up the reconnect process by taking out the battery and unplugging/replugging the modem. Then put the battery back in :)
