Internet Connection going in & out.
Pages keep fluttering, going back & forth, changing, etc.. It's like a Wind blowing on the screen! My Computer Guru says it may be an Internet Connection problem. When I called Cox, they would send somebody out but may Charge me. Help, what's wrong?

From this end everything looks good up to the modem however it appears there aren't any available wifi channels due to interference. Can you try a wired connection and see if that works?
