Hypothetical cable service question

I have contour 6 service with one 9865HDC dvr and one client 4742HDC, which I rent from Cox for a monthly fee. I do not pay the home wiring maintenance fee. If one of my units develops a problem, that requires a technician to come to my house and replace. Will I have to pay for service call?

Follow on question. If either unit developed a problem, could I swap at Cox store and hookup without need for complicated configuration required?

If you are not enrolled in our Cox Service Protection Plan equipment inside the home either leased from us or purchased from us and still under warranty would still be covered as a non-billable service visit.  Inside wiring would not be covered in this scenario however the connection from the pole to your home and beyond is.

Thanks for reply. That is what I hoped it would be, but wanted to make sure and not only assume.
