Cox,
I was trying to relax this Sunday and catch up on some History channel shows. Of course On Demand doesn't have any of the shows so I go to Apple TV. Well Cox Communications isn't listed as one of the providers so I can't use the App. After a little Google search it seems your so called "valued customers" have been asking for this service for over a year. Why would you not listen to us? Now when my $202 cable bill comes in every month I know for a fact I'm getting violated by your company. Will you ever get put on the provider list or is it time to listen to my friends and switch?

We're aware of an issue with some titles in On DEMAND not being updated. In order to know if the content you are trying to view is affected I would need to know which shows you are looking for. As for app access via APple TV, I want to share your feedback with your programming team. Please email cox.help@cox.com with your account information and a link to this thread.

Just wondering if all of the History Channel content will ever be available through Apple TV?I tried to validate the account but COX is not listed. Such a disappointment.

I was hoping Cox had amended this issue by now. The last post I saw regarding it was February 2014. The History Channel App lists numerous other cable providers and the only missing from the list is Cox Communications. Is there anyone over there you can get in touch with and rectify this issue once and for all? I can assume some of the programs these other subscribers and myself are trying to view are Vikings, Pawn Stars and Swamp People, to name a few. I hope the right eyes see this post and permit their subscribers to view the History Channel App's content via you. Thanks for the consideration.
Sincerely,
J. Blainey

I have the same complaint. There are a couple of apps on Apple TV we cannot verify because Cox isn't listed. There are small providers listed but not Cox. I'm disappointed in this. We want to watch The History channel and other apps on Apple TV. Get on board or you will lose to the competition.

Please add my request for Cox to enable provider access to both the History Channel, and AETV Apps. It's absolutely ridiculous that customers even have to make this request considering Cox touts the breadth of access to mobile content.

I have submitted a request on your behalf! I know we our mobile content team has been working very hard to secure access and set up authentication paths for many new apps. Stay tuned as we move into the 2nd quarter of 2015!

Hi Cox "Gods" can you please add me to the pointless list of subscribers that have been requesting for cox to be listed as a provider for the history channel app. Although it's been about a year since your customers have been consistently asking for this and nothing has been done.. I too want to throw a penny at this wishing well and hope one day this will come true..
As always thanks for not listening to your subscribers
