High packet loss on multiple applications

Hello,

I'm experiencing high packet loss within multiple applications (Dota 2, Skype, etc.). The interruptions in the game and cutting out of voice traffic seem to occur at the same time.

I've run a traceroute to Dota 2's US servers, shown below:

Hop 4 (assuming it's a Cox router based on IP lookup) seems to be dropping traffic, and Hop 5 seems to have high latency.
