Only the Local TV stations, there may be a few random others, In Phoenix there is WGNHD and Cox7HD, that is it.
All the rest are mostly SD 4:3 Analog, which Cox will be starting to phase out over the next year or two, there are also a few odd random SD 4:3 Digital,
There is always the option to rent a CableCARD and purchase a Retail device:
