HBO On Demand missing programs

Various HBO series are not appearing when I access HBO On Demand - according to the HBO On Demand website these series are available, posted and should be able to be accessed On Demand. Some of my friends with TIme Warner have no problem accessing them through TW's On Demand. When will COX update the HBO On Demand contents? - it a premium that I pay for.
