HBO -not supported
I'm paying the bill- why does HBO go in and out

Can you define "in and out"? Does it buffer? Pixel? Sound and picture? Error message? Etc
HBO Go is supported. Was one of the first apps to be picked up by Cox, along with Epix.

This is on TV- the program stops and screen comes up that says to try back later.

Ahh, thought you said "HBO Go" not "HBO go in and out"
Does it happen on all HBO channels or just HBO?
Do you have more then 1 cable box? If so, does it happen on all boxes?

Are you experiencing these types of issues on any channels other than HBO? Check the connections to the cable box and make sure the coax cables are screwed in finger-tight. What is the model number of this cable box?
